What started off as a cow and hay barn is now a large, climate-controlled space showcasing our main passion, Highland cattle ( I mean, how cute are they!). Darby Farm Weddings Located 30 miles north of Tampa.
DARBY FARM EVENT SPACES
An outdoor reception and cocktail area includes a babbling creek, open fireplace, outdoor bar, lawn games, high top wooden tables and a wooden swing.
The barn features custom wood tables (both 6ft round and 8ft rectangle), cross back wooden chairs, a wide variety of arches, indoor and outdoor ceremony sites, dedicated bridal suite, private groom’s quarters,
On the property there is a cozy outdoor fireplace and bar at that are included in the venue rental.
Their in house planner offers a large selection of decor’. One of the biggest perks of Darby Farm that makes it stand out against its competitors: central air and heat!
Along with Highland cows, Darby Farm has miniature goats and donkeys that your guests will love to include in their photos. Guests can tour the fully equipped farm and take as many selfies with them as they want.

If you have any concerns about how your wedding day at Darby Farm will be, DON’T! In my ten years of experience I have never met a planning team like Prodigy Events and Weddings. Cindy and I instantly bonded over our calls to help our bride and groom and let me tell you, she loves what she does and she is great at it. Having her team support on your wedding day is what every couple needs in their wedding planning life.
Right as the bride was about to walk down the aisle a tornado watch was issued, and the rain started pouring down. In under 15 min Cindy and her AMAZING team sprung into action flipping the reception room to make a beautiful ceremony space.
Due to them having several options for arches they were able to nearly duplicate the now wet wedding arch, with a dry and beautiful one, without ever leaving the building, her team shifted tables, guided guests, moved florals, and repositioned the bride without anyone even knowing/ seeing her.
My calls with their team prior to the wedding was so amazing, and I felt so heard as a vendor. It was so special. I am so excited to come back to @darbyfarmfl and extra excited to work with the @prodigyeventplanning team again!
